Fellowships are open to any country, including U.S. citizens. The Fellowship program offers partial scholarships through the Harry A. Merlo Foundation, but most applicants must be able to cover at least 50% of the program fee. Over 119 Fellows from 35 countries have participated to date. The term is 6 months, and the application deadline for the 2016 program is January 15, 2016.
